When the User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears, click Yes to open the Registry Editor with administrative privileges.
In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following path (you can copy and paste the path into the address bar at the top): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP\Parameters
In the right pane of the Parameters key, right-click on an empty space.
At the top, click on Edit > New, and then click DWORD (32-bit) Value.
Name the new value EnableHttp2Tls (case-sensitive).
Double-click the newly created EnableHttp2Tls value.
Ensure the Value data is set to 0. (This is the default for a new DWORD, and a value of 0 disables the feature).
Click OK.
Again, right-click on an empty space in the right pane of the Parameters key.
