With the new update (version 7.9.2), you can now delete your BKWeb company by yourself. Now you do not have to mail us regarding this.
To delete a BKWeb company, go to Dashboard > Click on Company name > Click on Book Keeper Web > Click on Delete Company > Click on Yes.
Now your company will be scheduled for deletion. If you do not open this company in the next 7 days, it will be deleted.
If you want to cancel the deletion process, just open the company once again.
Delete BKWeb company file from Android device
Open Book Keeper > Click on 3 dots available on right side of your company name > click on Delete from BKWeb (as mentioned in below screenshot).
After that it will ask you to enter your admin password then enter the same, then you will get a notification as below mentioned below:
Note: Don’t open your company file within next 7 days if you will open your file then it will cancel the file deletion process.
